- The synopsis is modified to notify that the requirement is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside The offer is requested to submit FAT within 180 DARO and delivery 180 Days After First Article Approval. Purchase Request number 52684424 will result in a Firm Fixed Price Contract from Solicitation SPE4A7-14-R-2079 for NSN 1560-01-568-1095, Nomenclature, PANEL, STRUCTURAL AIRCRAFT quantity 32 each. This is a Critical Application and Configuration Control applies. This solicitation has a Government First Article/preproduction approval testing requirement. First Article sample size is 1each. The First Article delivery is 90 days after receipt of order and the Government review 90 days. Upon notification of the FAT report acceptance, the awardee would then have 260 days to deliver the remainder of the production quantity. This is an FOB Origin/Inspection and Acceptance is at Origin requirement. The First Article offered must be manufactured at the facilities in which production quantities are procured under the contract. This is an FOB Origin/Inspection and Acceptance is at Origin requirement. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue dated cited in the RFP.
