Description

Curtains to match the existing curtain system for ease of maintenance and storage as well as interchangeability with existing wards. Existing curtain system is Simply 66. The full curtain will come in two parts, a top mesh portion and the bottom curtain portion. Top portion of the curtain system will be a white antimicrobial mesh of at least 24" and max of 28" in length with quick connection to the bottom, decorative cloth portion of the curtain. The top of the mesh portion will have the curtain hook grommets. Bottom portion of the curtain system will be the curtain itself, with quick connection to the top portion. This portion may vary in width but length will be the same to be uniform. Curtain must but flame-resistant, 100% polyester and comply with NFPA 701 standards. The curtain fabric will have a textured linen appearance primarily that corresponds to décor of the ward, which is surf color. Line Item 1 - (18 each) There are three components to this system, the track, the mesh, and the curtain. Total length cannot exceed 92". a.The track will fit around a bed in a U-shaped three sided fashion. The length is 75" x 102" x 75". b.The mesh must be attached to the track. The mesh must be made of an anti-bacterial material and be 24"- 28" in length. The mesh must be able to quickly fasten and unfasten to fabric curtain below. c.Curtain must be able to fasten and unfasten to mesh. Floor to ceiling height is 104", the curtain must be approximately 12" off of floor. Curtain just makes up the difference. Line Item 2 - (10 each) a.The track will fit around a bed in a U-shaped three sided fashion. The length is 70" x 90" x 184". b.The mesh must be attached to the track. The mesh must be made of an anti-bacterial material and be 24"- 28" in length. The mesh must be able to quickly fasten and unfasten to fabric curtain below. c.Curtain must be able to fasten and unfasten to mesh. Floor to ceiling height is 114", the curtain must be approximately 12" off of floor. Curtain just makes up the difference. Line Item 3 - (2 each) a.This track is two sided. The length is 48" x 65". b.The mesh must be attached to the track. The mesh must be made of an anti-bacterial material and be 24"- 28" in length. The mesh must be able to quickly fasten and unfasten to fabric curtain below. c.Curtain must be able to fasten and unfasten to mesh. Floor to ceiling height is 104", the curtain must be approximately 12" off of floor. Curtain just makes up the difference. Line Item 4 - (1 each) a.This is a single track. The length is 128". b.The mesh must be attached to the track. The mesh must be made of an anti-bacterial material and be 24"- 28" in length. The mesh must be able to quickly fasten and unfasten to fabric curtain below. c.Curtain must be able to fasten and unfasten to mesh. Floor to ceiling height is 104", the curtain must be approximately 12" off of floor. Curtain just makes up the difference. Line Item 5 - (1 each) a.This is a single track. The length is 120". b.The mesh must be attached to the track. The mesh must be made of an anti-bacterial material and be 24"- 28" in length. Floor to ceiling height is 104", the curtain must be approximately 12" off of floor. Curtain just makes up the difference. Line Item 6 - (1 each) a.This track is two sided. The length is 90" x 120". b.The mesh must be attached to the track. The mesh must be made of an anti-bacterial material and be 24"- 28" in length. The mesh must be able to quickly fasten and unfasten to fabric curtain below. c.Curtain must be able to fasten and unfasten to mesh. Floor to ceiling height is 104", the curtain must be approximately 12" off of floor. Curtain just makes up the difference. Line Item 7 - Installation Provide and install new cubicle curtains on the 6 East ward of Bldg 100 at the VA Puget Sound Health Care System. Cubicle curtains shall match the existing curtain system and cover the full length of the existing curtain track to provide complete privacy to each infusion bay cubicle. Installation is required prior to 09/30/2014.
