- Purchase Request Number 0054498956. This solicitation will contain NSN 5855-01-440-1765 / SPE4A6-14-R-2121, Battery Compartment, Approved sources are: (1357) P/N 268465, (58078) P/N BA-2003-100, Quantity 4034 each. DLA Aviation intends to award a Firm Fixed Price. This is a non-critical item. The requirement is unrestricted under the negotiated method of procurement. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. While price may be a significant in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Delivery is 90 days after award. DLA Direct, Contractor First Article (FAT) Testing is required for unapproved sources only, Inspection at Origin and Acceptance at Destination, FOB: Origin - Do not add transportation charges. MSDS and OSHA Hazard Warning Labels are required. This solicitation is being issued under the First Destination Transportation (FDT) program. If this acquisition is for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) or has an APO/FPO ship-to address, FDT will not apply and normal procedures should be followed. For FDT program transportation requirements, see DLAD clauses 52.247-9059 F.o.b. Origin, Government Arranged Transportation and 52.247-9058, First Destination Transportation (FDT) Program - Shipments Originating Outside the contiguous United States (OCONUS). A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the Request for Proposal (RFP).
