- Audio/Visual RFQ FA3016-14-T-0070 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, and in conjunction with FAR Subpart 13.3 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA3016-14-T-0070 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for IAW FAR Part 12 and 13. This requirement is being solicited on FedBizOps as a 100% Small Business set aside, for Brand Name or Equal. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 238210, Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors and a small business Size Standard of $15,000,000.00. Only quotes submitted by small business concerns will be accepted by the Government. Any quote that is submitted by a contractor that is not a small business concern will not be considered for award. This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-76, effective 25 July 2014. Quotes will be evaluated on the basis of Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) to the Government and must include a price quote and a written technical approach demonstrating understanding of the Statement of Work (SOW) as described below. This combined synopsis is NOT to be construed as a commitment by the United States Air Force. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation anytime before contract award. The Government is NOT liable for any costs and/or activity associated with providing a response to this announcement. Any costs incurred as a result of a response to this announcement shall be borne by the firm and shall not be charged to the government for reimbursement. In order to be considered for award by the Government, vendors shall adhere to the quotation requirements and respective evaluation factors set herein w/in FAR Provision 52.212-1 and 25.212-2’s Addenda. The 502nd Contracting Squadron, 2250 Engineer Street, San Antonio, TX 78234 has a requirement to procure Audio / Visual System Equipment for the Civilian Personnel Advisory Center (CPAC). The Government intends to award one (1) Firm Fixed Price contract for this requirement. Questions: All questions shall be submitted in writing, via email to both the Primary and Alternate POCs, listed below, beginning from date of posting of this combined synopsis/solicitation to 29 Aug 2014, 3PM Central Standard Time.
