- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation N62742-14-T-6628 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-76. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 532112. This RFQ is issued as a commercial item procurement using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR part 13) and is issued as an UNRESTRICTED procurement for a firm fixed price contract for six (6) CLINs for Lease/Rental of Vehicles and Equipment to provide various support services to Construction Civic Action Detail (CCAD) in Kolonia, Pohnpei, Federated States of Micronesia. The required items and descriptions are as follows:- CLIN 0001: Lease of Sport Utility Vehicle, duration 116 days, Period 08 Sep -31 Dec 14 - QTY: 1 EACH CLIN 0002: Lease of Truck, Flatbed 3 Ton, minimum bed length 4 Meters; duration 107 days between period of 8 Sep - 31 Dec 2014. QTY: 1 EACH CLIN 0003: Rental of Truck, Tractor Trailer, Flatbed, with operator, capable of moving 4 each Tricon shipping containers; duration 2 days between period of 15 Sep - 31 Dec 2014. QTY: 3 EACH CLIN 0004: Lease of VAN 12 Passenger, duration 107 days between period of 15 Sep - 31 Dec 2014. QTY:2 EACH CLIN 0005: Lease of Dump Truck, with operator,; 5 TON capacity to include disposal fees and fuel in support of construction debris removal at each project site; 20 LOADS with lease period between period of 15 Sep - 31 Dec 2014. QTY: 1 EACH CLIN 0006: Lease of Backhoe without operator. To include half (0.5) cubic meter bucket and a loader attachment on the opposite end; duration 6 days between period of 15 Sep “ 31 Dec 2014.
