- POST AWARD SOLE SOURCE JUSTIFICATION - FOR FOLLOW-ON CONTRACT FOR ARMSPRO(R) BILLING & COLLECTIONS CONVERSION SYSTEM - MINI-PILOT FOR NAVAL HOSPITAL PENSACOLA, FL Navy Medicine East, NMCP on behalf of Naval Hospital Pensacola awarded a sole source contract to Benefit Recovery in the amount of $149,999.00. The award is issued under Purchase Order N00183-14-P-1476. The circumstances permitting other than full and open competition are prescribed in FAR Part 6.302-1, only one responsible source, no other will satisfy Agency requirement, under the authority of the Competition in Contact Act, 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(2).
