- Post Award Sole Source Document for Purchase of Part III - Mini-Pilot Data Conversion System Implemenation with ArmsPro(r) System which replaced the billing and collections functions employed by the UBOs at (4) Four Navy MTFs and is the single source of financial information for the accounting of UBO receivables at NH Jacksonville. Navy Medicine East, Naval Hospital Jacksonville awarded a sole source contract to Benefit Recovery in the amount of $149,999.00. The award is issued under Purchase Order N00183-14-P-1469. The circumstances permitting other than full and open competition are prescribed in FAR Part 6.302-1, only one responsible source - no ther will satisfy Agency requirement, under the authority of the Competition in Contract Act, 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(2).
