Solicitation #HQ0034-14-T-0160 Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition/Brand Name Justification Solicitation #HQ0034-14-T-0160 is being issued for a SOLE SOURCE award to Gemba Academy LLC in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Please find attached the applicable Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition/Brand Name Justification. A "Notice of Intent to Sole Source" was posted on the Government Point of Entry (GPE), FBO.gov, on August 19th, 2014. No responses were received in response to the notice before it closed on August 25th, 2014 at 9:00AM ET. This combined Solicitation/Synopsis is being issued in accordance with FAR 5.102(a)(6), 6.305(a) and 6.305(c).
