- This opportunity is only available to contractors currently holding an Alteration/Repair IDIQ with the USFWS. The USFWS has a requirement to remodel and add to the existing Shop Building at Kootenai National Wildlife Refuge, Bonners Ferry, ID. Award will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Interested contractors must be registered in SAM (System for Award Management, www.sam.gov) and complete Online Representations and Certifications (ORCA) at www.bpn.gov. This will be a Firm Fixed Priced Contract. The project magnitude is between $100,000 and $250,000. The work will commence within 15 days of Notice to Proceed and be completed by September 30, 2015.
