- The purpose of the amendment is to: 1.Revise and Replace sections A, B, and J of the solicitation 2.Extend offer due to to September 4, 2014 at 10:00a.m. pacific daylight time. 3.Provide notes with questions and answers & Site Visit Attendees Section J-1: Written statements of corrections to be made on Drawing 485-D-4816 Written statements of corrections made to Section 01 56 20 Existing fences Written statements of corrections made to Section 02 41 16 Building Demolition (edited 8/21/14) Written answers to 15 submitted questions (edited 8/21/14) 4.Add Section 22 40 20 Sanitary Waste and Vent Piping Add to cover the installation of the new State Parks Garage sewer lateral and abandonment/destruction of the existing septic tank. 5.Add Section 31 23 22 Pipe Trench Earthwork Add to cover trenching and backfill of the new State Parks Garage sewer lateral. 6.Add Section 02 83 33 Removal and Disposal of Equipment and Structures with Coatings Containing Heavy Metals. Add in response to Question 15 addressing workers exposure to lead during the demolition work. Modified the section title to include Structures (Building Demolition). 7.Add Drawing 485-208-2874 Guard Post Slab Demo Inadvertently omitted from original solicitation. Attached in.pdf format. 8.Revise and Replace Section 00 01 10 Table of Content 9.Added Sections 02 83 33; 02 40 20; and 31 23 22 to the table. 10.Revise and Replace Section 52 00 00 Drawings 11.Added Drawing 485-208-2874 to the table.
