- Sole source acquisition Nature and/or description of the action being approved: •A. The work is required to support the relocation of the PBS D&C and FMSP teams from their existing workspace in the East Wing of the Regional HQ building to the 1 st floor of the West Wing. •B. Driver for this action are approvals provided by GSA PBS leadership under the GSA150 efficiency program. •C. The work includes the acquisition of new cluster and benching style workstations to be installed in two locations of the West Wing, 1st floor. •D. The work also include dismantling and removal of 12 existing aged workstations occupied by OCIO staff (located at the south end of the West Wing) and the relocation of selected newer existing workstations into that area.
