Summary of Changes for Modification 0002 See Attached Word document for full sources sought details and associated step and pdf filesDate: August 28, 2014 SUMMARY OF CHANGES FOR MODIFICATION 0002 SOLICITATION NUMBER: SB1341-14-RQ-0360 FBO ANNOUNCEMENT: RADIO FREQUENCY (RF) AND ACOUSTIC SHIELDED ENCLOSURES RESPONSE DATE: FRIDAY SEPTEMBER 5TH, 2014, 4:00PM EST Amendment 0002 is to correct and clarify the Government's specifications, between the CAD drawing attachment and attached specifications document, as well as to allow offers additional time to respond to our Request for Quotation. The specification corrections and clarifications are in red on the following pages attached as Amendment 0002 to SB1241-14-RQ-0360 for the Radio Frequency (RF) and Acoustic Shielded Enclosures. Beginning on page one the new closing date for this solicitation is 4:00pm, Friday September 5th, 2014. On page two (2) of the solicitation 2.a through 2.c is now 2.a through 2.d. Corrections and details from the CAD attachment are reflected in Amendment 0002 of the solicitation. (In Red) A formatting concern and clarification to the Specificaions and the CAD drawing are broken in two areas of the solicitation. Now 3.a has become 3.a and 3.b. and as well as 4.b is now 4. b., c., and d. In addition, you will see in specification 3.b (formerly part of 3.a) and 4.d (formerly part of 4.b) where the Government requires in addition to describing how they will achieve this specification, NIST requires the Offeror to also provide data and/or design analysis they can meet the specification. As a reminder under Evaluation Factors an Offeror that a quoted system must meet or exceed ALL of the minimum requirements provided in the Solicitation to be considered for award. Systems that do not meet the minimum requirements will not be evaluated further. Thank you.
