- The U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service, National Conservation Training Center (NCTC) has a requirement for a construction contract for which the contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, and materials necessary to remove and repair failing bituminous pavements, pavement line striping, and restoration of work areas. The procedures to be used in awarding the contract will be in accordance with FAR Subpart 14.4-Opening of Bids and Award of Contract. The magnitude of this requirement is less than $25,000. This acquisition is a total small business set-aside. All responsible sources may submit a bid that will be considered by this agency. Hard copy bids shall be delivered to 698 Conservation Way, Shepherdstown, WV 25443. Electronic copies of bids are authorized and shall be emailed to jason_tisdale@fws.gov.
