- This is a notice of award from Naval Air Systems Command of a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) contract on an other than full and open competition basis with Northrop Grumman Corporation (NGC), Bethpage, NY, for fatigue service life durability testing and repair required for E-2D Advanced Hawkeye (AHE) aircraft. As the sole designer, developer and manufacturer of the E-2 aircraft weapons system, NGC is the only source with the requisite knowledge, experience, and technical expertise to provide the required testing.
