- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Fort Belvoir Directorate of Public Works (DPW) has a requirement to support an environmentally sound and effective integrated pest management program to prevent general pest, disease vectors, and undesirable vegetation from adversely affecting Installation operations. This requirement is solicited as an Invitation For Bid (IFB). Please see the attached. This solicitation has been amended to change Block #14 from RFQ to IFB and to add Technical Exhibits.
