- The aquaculture fiberglass tanks will be placed flush on the ground. An outlet with a bulkhead fitting (for threaded nipple on the outside of tank) shall be on the lower side of the tank, near the bottom, to allow drainage; not underneath the tank (no stand or sump pump will be required for tank drainage). Tanks shall be delivered to US Department of Agriculture, ARS-Exotic & Invasive Weeds Laboratory, ATTN: John Madsen PhD, 2705 Levee Road, Davis, CA 95616.
