Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. I. INTRODUCTION A. C.This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-76 July 25, 2014. D. Small Business Set-Aside: N/A. E. I.This Combined Synopsis Solicitation contains clauses and provisions requiring a fill-in or representation. J.Basis for award- The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The units are all Canon Imagerunners, with specific model and serial numbers listed below. They are all located at Ft. Bliss, TX. The period of performance (POP) for the base year is 20 OCT 2014 to 19 OCT 2015; POP for Option Year 1 is 20 OCT 2015 to 19 OCT 2016; and POP for Option Year 2 is 20 OCT 2016 to 19 OCT 2017. Copier Maintenance shall include complete inspections, cleaning, lubrication, adjustments and all standard parts necessary to maintain equipment in good operating condition, plus any drums needing replacement due to normal yield expiration and all consumable items such as toner, developer/starter, & ink excluding staples and paper. Monthly copier maintenance will include 5,000 Black and White prints per month for each printer and 2,500 colored prints per month for each printer. Maintenance Service shall be local with next day response time support. The six (6) units are located in Ft. Bliss, Texas. The Contractor shall also provide a price quote for quarterly overage/excess copy charges. Offeror shall include all shipping charges and deliver supplies F.O.B.
