- Announcement Number W91237-14-R-SS20 is not a notice of solicitation. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Great Lakes and Ohio River Division intends to procure up to three new multiple award indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity type contracts for Fabrication of Structural Operating Equipment (Miter Gates, Stop Logs, etc.) for Navigation and Flood Control Projects. The NAICS for this procurement is 332312 with a size standard of 500 employees. Each contract will be for a not to exceed amount of $16M. The contracts will include binding pricing, which will be maintained through the life of the contract. Delivery orders may be for structural operating equipment in any of the seven districts in the Great Lakes and Ohio River Division which includes Buffalo District, Chicago District, Detroit District, Huntington District, Louisville District, Pittsburgh District and Nashville District. The purpose of this sources sought announcement is to gather information from the industry regarding possible line item structure or suggestions for possible binding rates. RESPONDING TO THIS ANNOUCEMENT If your firm is interested, please provide company information and suggested approaches to developing line item structure and binding unit prices such as labor categories, materials, equipment categories and rates, project management, quality control, shipping, testing, etc., for fabricated supply items indicated in this announcement to Mrs. Ginny Morgan as soon as possible, but no later than September 30, 2014.
