Description

The Bath VA Medical Center located at 76 Veterans Avenue, Bath, NY 14810 intends to solicit for and award a firm fixed-price contract for Organist Services. Brief Description of Requirement: "The contractor must have the ability to serve as the Organist for Worship Services at the VA Medical Center for approximately 120 total services per year (100 church services and 20 worship events). "Worship Services include but are not limited to church services, special events and funerals and are typically 1 hour in length. "The contractor will be required to work closely with Chaplain Staff in developing the worship atmosphere through appropriate introductory music, assisting the congregation in singing and providing appropriate music in celebration and closing. "Period of Performance is one (1) base year plus four (4) option years. "THIS IS A TOTAL SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESSES. "ONLY RESPONSES FROM ENTITIES REGISTERED AS SUCH IN THE SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (www.sam.gov) AND WITH A VALID DUN & BRADSTREET NUMBER AS WELL AS TAX ID NUMBER WILL BE CONSIDERED AT THE TIME OF AWARD.
