- This is a modified combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Request for proposals are being requested in accordance with the solicitation that's attached. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation request for a vendor that can provided electronic security and maintenance service over the alarm, signal, and security devices of one of our facilities. Amendment P00002 to solicitation W911NF-14-T-0001 was released to re-open/re-solicit this requirement in an effort to expand the reach of competitors for this action. Amendment P00003 to solicitation W911NF-14-T-0001 was released to incorporate additional information and extend the site visit and due dates previously posted. Amendment P00004 to solicitation W911NF-14-T-0001 is established to 1) change the structure of the requested CLINs as posted, 2) make minor changes to the PWS and provisions previously posted, and 3) extend the due date of this solicitation to 4:00PM EST, Wednesday 17 September 2014. **PLEASE NOTE: The pricing structure as set out originally has changed. Costs for a base year -CLIN 0001 - (and optional parts/costs) are listed and costs towards one (1) option year of service - CLIN 0002 - (and optional parts/costs) have taken the previous structure's place. We are no longer evaluating three years nor an estimate of 48 hours.*** The latest conformed copy of this solicitation (amendment W911NF-14-T-0001-0004) is attached for quote and submittal. Please provide a written acknowledgement of all prior amendments and quote against amendment W911NF-14-T-0001-0004. Along with your written acknowledgement of all prior amendments, please submit: - Copies of any Technical Certifications/Trainings/Resumes that you may have. - Your typed one (1) page minimum approach for evaluation. - A completed copy of the conformed copy of amendment W911NF-14-T-0001-0004 as attached.
