- ********************************************************** Amendment to RFQ 2014-71333FB 1) Per Statement of Work - C. Shelving Installation, 1. General Requirements, c., 1), last sentence of the paragraph: CDC will allow a four day installation period while maintaining the five person installer crew limit described elsewhere in the Statement of Work. 2) Two delivery trucks can be accommodated on the Chamblee Campus at the same time, but the dock leveler will not be accessible if two trucks are parked at the one available loading bay at the same time. If the use of the dock leveler is necessary for unloading/loading, the second truck waiting to be unloaded must be parked in close proximity to the loading dock in a location directed by CDC. 3) The materials currently stored in the space will either be entirely removed ahead of the installation, or will be moved ahead of the installer's progress so not to interfere with the installer's work. The due date for responses to this RFQ is changed to 1:00 PM, Eastern Time, Friday, September 5, 2014.
