- See PWS for ktr performance reqs This announcement constitutes a synopsis. THis is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) or an invitation for bid (IFB) nor is it to be construed as a commitment by the government. OO-ALC, Hill AFB, UT intends to award one (1) contract with a four (4) year option clause to support the USAF to provide a Contractor Operated Parts Store (COPARS) to provide automotive and related vehicle parts for the vehicle fleet. The contractor shall provide adequate personnel, equipment, tools, materials, and supervision necessary to complete the COPARS service. A Performance Work Statement (PWS) is attached with further details. It is anticipated that the solicitation for this requirement will be available on FedBizOpps on 12 SEP 14.
