- Question and Answer document for solicitation. The following addition to the description is in response to a question asked by an interested contractor concerning the pricing of CLIN 0003 and 0005 and their option CLINS for reimbursable parts.. The reimbursable parts CLINS 0003 and 0005 are not to be priced and are 'NO BID.' This also includes the option year CLINS 1003 and 1005, 2003 and 2005, 3003 and 3005, and 4003 and 4005. Luke AFB will provide a pre-determined amount to the contract for reimbursable parts for the base and option years if exercised.
