- This Pre-Solicitation notice for The Army Contracting Command Fort Dix NJ is for Cable TV, Broadband and VOIP service at Fort Devens MA. The contractor will furnish all labor, equipment, repair/replacement parts and supplies, services and materials, except as specified here as government-furnished, for the engineering, installation, operation and maintenance of Broadband Cable at Ft Devens, MA 01434. The period of performance is 14 September 2014 to 13 September 2015 plus two (2) option year. Performance work statement will be included in the actual solicitation. This is a commercial acquisition. The proposed solicited number will be W15QKN-14-T-1488. This solicitation is a request for quote and is issued as UNRESTRICTED with a primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) of 517110. The entire solicitation will be made available on or about August 29 2014 via Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition to Business Website located at https://acquisition.army.mil. The required response date will be stated in the solicitation. Please note the response date listed with this pre-solicitation notice is not the actual due date. The actual due date will be stated in the solicitation. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation. No hard copies will be mailed. All potential sources must obtain a DUNS number and register in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to transact business with the government. Failure to obtain a DUNS number and register in the SAM may result in the delay of award of a contract or possible award to the next otherwise successful offeror who is registered in the SAM at the time of award.
