- CSOSA-14-R-0082 Amendment 0002 Amendment 0002 Extends the date and time of receipt of offers to September 2, 2014 at 2 pm Eastern from September 1, 2014 at Noon Eastern, as well provide response to vendor questions and site visit list of attendees. ________________________________________________________________________ Amendment 0001 provides responses to vendor questions. Offers must be sent by email with a file size limitation of 8MB to meet the date and time of closing requirement and hard copy may be delivered, if desired, on Tuesday, September 2, 2014. All other terms and conditions remain the same _______________________________________________________________________ This is a 100 percent set-aside for Small Business. The Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA) intends to award a firm-fixed price contract to a Small Business contractor to provide all labor, materials and equipment to accomplish the design and build renovation of approximately 750 available usable square feet of office leased space on the third floor of an existing commercial office building at 3850 South Capitol Street, SE, Washington, D.C. The work shall include, but is not limited to, design and certification by a licensed Architect and Consulting Engineers. The contractor will be provided Design Intent Drawings, electronic backgrounds, finish selections, and programmatic information to produce contract documents required to perform renovation. See the Design-Build Statement of Work for specific requirements. The contractor will be required to provide all construction documents, perform site and interior investigations, obtain permits, and verify all measurements. The project will include interior demolition, drywall construction, mechanical, HVAC system balancing, and plumbing, electrical, and all other work to meet CSOSA's stated requirements. Location of the work will be 3850 South Capitol Street, SE, Washington, DC, third floor, and construction work will be performed after hours between (6 pm and midnight) Monday through Friday, and all day on weekends and holidays. Work will be in accordance with all applicable Federal, State, City regulations and codes. The Period of Performance for this project shall not exceed 120 calendar days. Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of 100 percent of the contract price will be required of any prospective contractor. The Government will make an award to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA).
