- Delinquent Tax Rep Product Description Sole Source Letter Certification Regarding Responsibilty Matters This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number F3QCAM4226A001 is a Request for Quote. Cert and Rep must be returned with quote. Prior to award of any DOD contracts, offerors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) and all Representations and Certifications must be completed. SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD: (a) NAICS: 511210 (b) DOLLARS: $38.5M This requirement is for GE WIRELESS DIGITAL DETECTOR ARRAY (DDA) BASED DIGITAL IMAGING SYSTEM. Mfr: GE Inspection Technologies LP Justification for Sole Source or Brand Name Only: No other company can provide the required product to ensure compatibility with the 402 AMXG NDI group. The GE CR system is approved for AF use IAW T.O. 33B-1-2, SWP 106 01. The GE Rhythm Review Software is a proprietary software than can only be obtained by purchasing the GE Rhythm High Performance Tower PC Workstation Price(s) should be FOB Destination (Robins AFB GA 31098). In addition to price and delivery, quote should include your cage code, DUNS number, and taxpayer ID number. Requested delivery date is 30 days ARO or earlier. Quotations should be emailed to Carol Chambers (carol.chambers.1@us.af.mil) no later than 5 Sep 2014, 4:00 pm EST. The anticipated award date is 12 Sep 2014. Please do not request award status prior to this date.
