- Pre-solicitation Notice W9127S-14-T-0031: This solicitation will be advertised as a Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238910 (Site Preparation Contractors). The small business size standard is $15,000,000.00. The solicitation is for a firm fixed priced construction contract to provide demolition of structures at Bull Shoals & Norfork area parks in Arkansas. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, & equipment to properly demolish, remove, & dispose of all structures indicated or specified. All materials resulting from demolition work, except as indicated or specified otherw ise, shall become the property of the Contractor & shall be removed from the limits of Government property. Rubbish & debris shall be removed from Government property daily unless otherw ise directed, so as to not allow accumulation at the demolition site. The Magnitude of Construction is between $25,000 & $100,000. Solicitation will be issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) utilizing FAR 13. This solicitation will be issued via Internet only at the Army's Single Face to Industry Website (ASFI) on or about 09/11/14. It is each offeror's responsibility to download the solicitation from the internet website. No paper copies will be provided. Notification of amendments shall be made via the Internet as well. It is therefore the contractor's responsibility to check the ASFI website daily for any posted changes to this solicitation. Offerors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM), in order to receive a Government contract award. To register, the SAM Internet address is: http://www.sam.gov.
