- This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under the test program for commercial items found at FAR 13.5, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on NECO (https://www.neco.navy.mil) and FEDBIZOPPS (http://www.fbp.gov/). The RFQ number is N00189-14-T-Q287. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-76 and DFARS Change Notice 20140721. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at these addresses: www.acqnet.gov/far and http://www.acq.osd.mil/dpap/dfars/index.htm. The NAICS Code is 334111. This is a competitive, unrestricted action. NAVSUP FLC-Norfolk, Mechanicsburg Office requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing Brand Name ClearCube Blade PCs and associated hardware and software for the Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, VA 23709-5000. Only those authorized resellers of ClearCube shall participate in this acquisition. If you are not an authorized reseller, do NOT participate in this acquisition. Only those authorized reseller quotes will be considered and evaluated. Provide proof of authorized reseller certification with quote submission. The RFQ is provided as an attachment and includes item descriptions, part numbers and quantities. Please use this attachment as a pricing tool. Also, read, review and complete the applicable FAR Clauses, sign Page 1 and return with the quote submission. The contract resulting from this solicitation will be a Firm-Fixed Price Contract. This requirement will be negotiated and award will be made on the basis of Low Price Technical Acceptability. The vendor shall quote ALL items to be eligible for award.
