The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 511210 and the business size standard is $38.5 million. The period of performance is 30 Sept 2014 – 29 Sep 2015. BMC software is the Air Force approved standard used by the bases. USAFA Instructions 33-101, 33-115, 33-116 and 33-119 outline in ITIL framework that USAFA must comply with to make IT operations more efficient. In FY 11, the first tool of the BMC ITIL toolset, Remedy, was purchased. Blade Logic was the second application of the ITIL suite purchased. BMC Atrium Discovery and Dependency Mapping (ADDM) and Atrium Orchestrator (AO) is the third and final planned purchase application of the ITIL suite. ADDM and AO are part of the DoD Enterprise software Initiative (ESI) and IAW the DoD memo released by Assistant Secretary of the Air Force Lawrence J. Delaney on April 15, 2000, ESI is a mandatory source. Therefore, ADDM and AO licenses and maintenance (continuous support) must be purchased using the mandatory BPA through DoD ESI under the Army Computer Hardware Enterprise Software and Solutions (CHESS) contract. ADDM and AO are the only known products that meet the existing USAFA requirements for asset and IT management. Award to another brand name manufacturer would require additional training costs and precipitate integration issues amount different software products. Therefore, this is the only brand that will meet the minimum needs of the government. ADDRESS: 5136 COMMUNITY CENTER DR.
