- The 502nd Contracting Squadron at JBSA-Lackland, TX intends to award a Sole Source contract for Remcom software maintenance support, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The proposed contract action is for the renewal of the Remcom software support listed below, on a sole source basis due to the proprietary nature of the software. The NAICS Code is 541990 and the small business standard size is $14M. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by the agency. Proposals must be received not later than 12 September 2014, 12:00 p.m. (Central Standard Time). A determination by the Government not to compete this proposal procurement action based on responses received is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not pay for information submitted in response to this notice. Information received will be considered solely within the discretion of the government.
