- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command at Ft. Stewart, GA, has an anticipated requirement for the Third Region USACIDC to purchase an exact item as the Panther P4Me-micro-K2 Panther 4 Monitor with alarms, and integrated wireless and/or hardwired video monitoring and intrusion detection system in order to ensure that the equipment meets the needs of the mission and is consistent with the current equipment available in the unit's inventory. Meets the security requirements of protection teams conducting full time mission for designated HRPS IAW DoDI 2000.22 THIRD REGION USACIDC requires additional surveillance kits to augment its existing, aging inventory as well as outfit and update existing detachments. THIRD REGION USACIDC requires the ability to conduct temporary CCTV and intrusion detection capability while traveling with HRP designated principals allowed to receive full time protection details wherever their travels take them around the world. THIRD REGION USACIDC currently utilizes Panther Kits manufactured by Gans & Pugh Associates, INC. THIRD REGION USACIDC special agents are trained on the system and like what it affords in the way of security monitoring while traveling. The requested Panther Kits will allow this organization to fulfill its missions providing residential (home and hotel) and high threat location video surveillance of designated Department of Defense high-risk personnel, both CONUS and OCONUS, and their foreign counterpart equivalents when visiting the United States on official business. This notice is neither a request for quote nor a solicitation of offers.
