- ATTACHMENT The synopsis is being posted to the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov. Only authorized resellers will be considered. Please include any shipping/freight costs for FOB Destination Virginia Beach, VA 23461-2002. Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) will be utilized for award in accordance with FAR Part 13. The order shall be firm fixed price. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334111 with a standard size of 1000 employees. DFAR 252.232-7003 (Electronic Submission of Payment Requests and Receiving Reports) is applicable to this purchase. In order to be eligible for award, firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), Offerors may obtain information on registration in SAM by calling 866-606-8220, or via the Internet at https://www.sam.gov.
