- FTB Market Survey NSN: 5985-01-621-0717 - Antenna being bought in accordance with L-3 Communications Corp. / 82152 for part number 139950-101. Based on market research this item is not commercial and will be solicited using FAR Part 15. The required quantity is 6 each to be shipped to (SW3121) Albany, GA ZIP CODE 31704-1128. FOB Origin and inspection acceptance at Destination is required. This solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp after the issue date of 09/16/2014. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. There are no technical drawings/bid sets available. This solicitation is small business set-aside. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, per provisions (52.215-9C09, 52.211-9051, and 52.215-9022). The required delivery is 90 days. Best commercial packaging is acceptable. All offers shall be in the English language and in US dollars. Unit of Issue: EA The Small Business size standard is 750 employees. This proposed procurement includes a family group of items within the Federal Supply Class 5985. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1).
