- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The United States Army Tank and Automotive Research, Development and Engineering Center (TARDEC) in Warren, Michigan has a requirement for the following: IBM RATIONAL DOORS WEB ACCESS EDITOR FLOATING USER ANNUAL SW SUBSCRIPTION & SUPPORT RENEWAL (P/N#: E0753LL) - Qty 10 IBM RATIONAL DOORS FLOATING USER ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION & SUPPORT RENEWAL (P/N#: E075NLL) - Qty 11 This is a commercial IT purchase so ACC-WRN intends to award to lowest price technically acceptable IAW AFARS 5139.101 (S-90) (a). quote mark The Army's Computer Hardware, Enterprise Software Solutions (CHESS) program, under PEO EIS. CHESS is the mandatory source for commercial IT purchases. quote mark The Government may also choose to negotiate if only one offeror is received.
