- Description
- Combined Sol & Synop for Case Tool Additional Provisions, Terms, and Conditions Incident Management Tool Requirements Past Performance Reference Template Case Tool Solicitiation Supplement U.S. Department of Education, Federal Student Aid (FSA) is in need of a Security Incident Response tracking tool solution and the associated implementation services. The system should centrally document, track, monitor, and manage incident issues associated with potential security breaches. Utilizing a GUI interface, it should allow users to input reports of incidents and suspicious events, while permitting the Incident Managers to track these reports, provide workflows to remediate or investigate the events, and report to management on the status of the events. This product should automate our current, mostly manual process and provide a platform for collaborative research and reporting of incidents, both internally and to US-CERT. It will also provide an audit capability to respond to Office of Inspector General and U.S. Department of Homeland Security requests and other audits.
