- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement is issued by the Department of the Interiors (DOI) Office of Surface Mining Reclamation & Enforcement (OSMRE) and constitutes the only solicitation for the design/development of a wetlands awareness course. Quotations are being requested under RFQ No. S14PS00015. The RFQ and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-74. ACTIVE registration at SAM.gov is required. This opportunity is available for full and open competition. NAICS 611430 is applicable. OSMRE is seeking the services of a qualified contractor to design/develop a wetlands awareness course for its National Technical Training Program. Please see attached Statement of Work, Section L Instructions to Offerors, and Section M Evaluation Criteria for additional information on RFQ requirements.
