- THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract under statutory authority 10 USC 2304(c) (1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541511, Custom Computer Programming Services - with a size standard of $27.5 Million. Air Combat Command (ACC), Acquisition Management and Integration Center intends to make a sole source award to Accenture Federal Services LLC, 800 North Glebe Road, Suite 300, Arlington, VA 22203-1807 to provide sustainment and maintenance (which includes, but not limited to, Help Desk Tier III support services, onsite visits, software version upgrades, and program management support) for ACC TMT; perform the installation, configuration, and upgrades of all components for TMT at the Hill Enterprise Data Center (HEDC); and move (migrate) legacy NIPRNET data from ACC TMT hosted at Langley AFB to the HEDC. The proposed contract action is for supplies/services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c) (1) and FAR 6.302. The final J&A will be posted when approved.
