- Solicitation Package and Performance Work Statement ***Travis AFB intends to award a contract for blood and blood products for use at David Grant Medical Center's blood bank. This contract will be for a base year, plus four option years. ALL WORK is to be performed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement attached in the solicitation package. Please review all documents included in the solicitation package prior to submitting your proposal. Proposals will be due no later than 12:01PM on Saturday, 27 September 2014.***
