- This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Firm, fixed-price quotes are requested under Request for Quotation (RFQ) Solicitation number L14PS01083. This document incorporates provisions and clauses which are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-76. This solicitation is set-aside for small business under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 332999. The small business size standard for a concern which submits an offer in its own name, other than on a construction or service contract, but which proposes to furnish a product which it did not itself manufacture, is 750 employees. The line item numbers are: Line 0010125 each, 2 7/8" x 30 ft. Schedule 40 black pipe Line 0020100 each, 2 3/8: x 30 ft. Schedule 40 black pipe Line 003030 each, 3 " x 20 ft. Schedule 40 black pipe Line 0040100 each, Pre-constructed fence panels, 1 5/8" x 60" tall, 20 ft. wide, 7 rails, made from 14 gauge black pipe Line 005030 each, 2 7/8" 14 gauge weld-on caps Line 006018 each, Gates made from 2" black steel pipe; 66" tall, 7 rails, 14 ft. wide with horseback latches; 2 each weld-on hinges per gate that will swing both ways and are capable of being welded to steel post; Delivery Date: 90 Days ARO The delivery address is Bureau of Land Management, Boise District Warehouse, 1962 Commerce, Boise, Idaho 83705 F.O.B. Point: Destination "FOB Destination" means that all costs for transportation or freight from the shipping point shall be paid by the Contractor and included in the unit price quoted for each item.
