- This notice is an unrestricted supply procurement for an Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO) Contract for ground tire NSN 2610-01-575-1377, in accordance with the Cooperative Tire Qualification Program (CTQP) Cooperative Approved. Tire List (CATL) 1922. The contracting activity is DLA Land and Maritime. The term of the contract resulting from this solicitation will be the award effective for one year, or when the maximum value of $150,000 is met. Current estimated annual demand quantities, FOB and Inspection and Acceptance information will be listed in the FRQ. Unit of issue is each. All responsible sources may be submitting a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Solicitation opens 08/28/2014 with close of 09/11/2014 at 1:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. ADQ is 265 and ADF 50. Required delivery is 42 days. Note the following: Interested parties may obtain copies of Military and Federal Specifications and Standards, Qualified Products Lists, Military Handbooks, and other standardization documents from the DoD Single Stock Point (DODSSP), in Philadelphia, PA. One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreement Act of 1979. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. dollars. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1).
