- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 using Simplified Acquisition Procedures found at FAR Part 13 and as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The RFQ Number is W912PF-14-T-0089 and this combined synopsis-solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The RFQ is unrestricted and all interested Vendors shall submit written quotes (oral proposals will not be accepted). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 924110. The purpose of this combined synopsis/solicitation is to perform, for a period of a Base year plus four (4) Option Years. The RFQ must be addressed to Mr. Matthew Spencer with the Request for Quote Number: W912PF-14-T-0089 no later than 11:00AM (GMT+01:00, Rome) on 3 September 2014. Place of delivery: Camp Darby, Via Aurelia, Edificio 5131 Zona Deposito, 56128 Tirrenia (Pisa), Italy. Proposal Copies - One electronic (CD-R or DVD-R) copy of the proposal plus one paper copy shall be submitted. This includes one original dated quote signed by an official fully authorized to bind the Vendor. The CD-ROM or DVD shall be quote mark Read Only quote mark and all documents shall be submitted in Microsoft Office (version 2007 compatible) formats or Adobe Acrobat (PDF). All responsible vendors may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. Site Visit: A site visit will not be conducted for this requirement. Offerors are encouraged to submit any technical questions in writing via electronic mail (email) to: matthew.a.spencer.civ@mail.mil. RFQ Questions: The Government will answer all questions relating to the RFQ provided that the questions are received by 22 August 2014. Any questions received after 22 August 2014 will not be answered. Questions regarding the RFQ shall be submitted in writing via email to: matthew.a.spencer.civ@mail.mil RFQ Submission: The prospective Vendor shall submit pricing only using the Price Schedule in the RFQ.
