Questions and responses are hereby provided. QUESTION: I am trying to make sure I understand a statement in the sources sought before submitting our capabilities. Under businesses that NASA is seeking, included is, businesses located in the Washington, DC metropolitan area for the purposes of determining the appropriate level of competition. Does this mean that the IDIQ is limited only to small businesses in the DC area? Does the successful bidder need to have offices in the metropolitan Washington DC area? If this is necessitous, can a local office be established after the bid? RESPONSE: No QUESTION: Can you please confirm if the maximum anticipated ordering value of $45M over 5 years is for: Combined capacity of all multiple contract awards (with each awardee splitting evenly $45M over 5 years), or Each contract awardee has a maximum of $45M over 5 years.
