- Description
- The purpose of this amendment to special notice is to update industry on the acquisition strategy for the CLOIS program. It has been determined that this acquisition will be conducted as a Total Small Business Set Aside. The contract structure will be an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with both Cost Reimbursement and Firm-Fixed price line items. The Government anticipates the release of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) on or around 08 September 2014. The Draft Request for Proposal (RFP) is anticipated to be released on or around 06 October 2014. These dates are for PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY and do not represent a definitive Government schedule. Additionally, it should be noted that the PWS and notional CLIN structure has not changed significantly since the last FBO notice.
