- Description
- The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision to demolish Building 11, Bachelor Officer Quarters, naval Air Station Jacksonville, Florida. The demolition of Building 11 shall include but not limited to removal of all building elements, foundations, paving, equipment, utilities, trees and shrubs, and other related materials to the extent called for in the RFP. The site shall be filled with engineered backfill compacted to 95% and graded to provide sufficient drainage. Provide topsoil and grass sod at all disturbed areas as required on the tree Protection Plan, as well as all other trees and vegetation outside the limits of demolition in accordance with the requirements of this RFP.
