Sources Sought Request for Information Draft ENBOSS Performance Work Statement SOURCES SOUGHT/REQUEST FOR INFORMATION: The Installations Division (ILI) of the Army National Guard Directorate (ARNG), National Guard Bureau (NGB), has implemented a system (ENBOSS) for military construction (MILCON) documentation which must be submitted to Congress The dual Federal-State mission and organization of the National Guard necessitates that the ARNG use a system which is tailored to its unique requirements, separate from the Department of the Army and the U.S. Army Reserve. The ARNG is conducting market research to ascertain if how many companies possess the technical expertise and capabilities to operate, maintain and improve the ENBOSS system. If sufficient competition exists, the intent of the ARNG is to award a single contract, for a Base Year plus two option years, to the contractor whose proposal presents the best value to the Government. The National Guard requests that any interested ompanies which wish to submit capabilities statements do so by 5:00 P.M.,12 September 2014. NO PROPOSALS ARE SOUGHT AT THIS TIME.
