- Description
- The contractor shall provide all personnel, management, expertise, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the Non-routine Environmental Sampling as defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The contractor shall also provide services to ensure that the services are performed by qualified personnel as specified below in a manner that will maintain safe working conditions and present results based on standard scientific methods. The Contractor shall accomplish all tasks and be required to provide other services in attached Appendices in order to meet the requirements of this Performance Work Statement (PWS). All work performed by the Contractor shall be performed in accordance with all applicable U.S. and Host Nation laws and regulations, IMCOM standards, Army Regulation 200-1, Final Governing Standards for Germany, and other references listed in APPENDIX C. The Contractor should be ISO (Organization for Standardization) 9001: 2008 certified and accredited or ISO 14001 certified including accreditation.
