Description

Price Pending NSN List Special Notice The Government intends to issue a modification to the Penn Detroit Diesel Allison, LLC (CAGE 62860) long term contract SPM7LX-10-D-9018 to add a Price Pending Contract Line Item (CLIN) IAW Clause I16C04-Addition/Deletion of Items, to support low demand sole source NSNs. The NSNs that will be included under this Price Pending CLIN have Allison Transmission (CAGE 73342) as the sole approved source and are listed at the end of this notice. The listed items will be procured as "ALL or NONE" per NSN. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all responsible potential sources may submit an offer/quote to the point of contact above for consideration. All offers shall be in English language and in U.S. dollars. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available on these NSNs. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical date; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only the approved source under authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1).
