- Justification and Approval - Only One Source The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) requires "Clicker 6 Network Upgrade - 30 Computers" for students enrolled in the DoDEA-DDESS District. The contract type for this requirement will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP). This action incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular as of this date. The Department of Defense Domestic Elementary and Secondary Schools (DDESS) is a federal government agency, an education activity, tax exempt, and qualified for academic/educational pricing. FSC Code: 7510. NAICS Code: 339940. Small Business Size Standard: 500 EMP This is a Non-Competitive Contract Action: The source for this award is CRICK SOFTWARE, INC., as market research has indicated that this company is the only source which provides the the kind of residential placement services in the requirement. See attached Justification and Approval. Anticipated award date is no later than 3 September 2014.
