- Notice Type: Special Notice Original Set Aside: N/A Set Aside: N/A Classification Code: J070 NAICS Code: 811219 Synopsis: Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort Gordon, GA intends to award a sole-source contract to ESRI Inc. for the following services: ArcGIS Software Maintenance for Telebehavorial Health Contract Description: The Telebehavorial Health program at DDEAMC provides direct Behavioral Health care to service members in multiple locations across DoD. Interruptions in network services or unavailability of network VTC equipment due to maintenance or software issues may result in delays or cancellation of critical patient care. This vendor has direct access to the Cisco/Tandberg maintenance database and manages and updates all maintenance history to include repairs, exchanges, equipment replacement and software revisions for each individual unit. Utilizing this vendor provides continuity and a proven track record of accurate and timely service. Period of Performance shall consist of one (1) year. The NAICS code is 811219. The authority for this non-competitive award is 10 USC 2304(c) (1), only one responsible source. The Government intends to procure this sole source requirement under Commercial procedures in FAR part 12. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS and a solicitation will not be issued. Interested concerns must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government and you may be considered for the next requirement. This notice is issued for maximizing competition. If no affirmative written responses are received by 4pm 28 Agusut 2014, an award will be made without further notice. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed requirement is solely within the discretion of the government.
