- Amendment 02, Solicitation #F3T3CS4213AC02 - Outdoor Warning System ***The purpose of this amendment is to inform interested vendors of the following: The site visit that was offered on Friday, 29 August 2014 at 1400 hours has been canceled. In no event shall failure to inspect the area constitute grounds for a claim after contract award. However, as the location is an open recreational area that does not require a government escort, any interested vendors are still able to attend the site on their own time. The address for the site is as follows: 118 Riverfront Road, Kure Beach, NC 28449. Any questions in regard to this solicitation and it's attachments must be submitted prior to 03 September 2014 @ 1400 hours Eastern Standard Time. Please acknowledge this amendment when submitting a quote in response to this solicitation.*** The 4th Contracting Squadron, USAF, Seymour Johnson Air Force Base, NC is currently soliciting quotes for the following item(s)/service(s): CLIN 0001 - Provide all personnel, materials, labor, supervision, tools, equipment, and transportation necessary to perform all operations associated with restoring functionality to Node 1 of the Ft. Fisher Outdoor Warning System in accordance with the solicitation and attached Statement of Work (Attachment 1). Delivery Date: No later than 60 Days After Receipt of Order (ARO) Quantity: 01 Unit: Each - Unit Price: _______ Total Price: _______ **OPTION** CLIN 0002 - Removal and disposal of Node 2 of the Ft. Fisher Outdoor Warning System; work to include removal of attached system components, removal and disposal of wooden pole. System components will remain property of the Government. Delivery Date: No later than 60 Days After Receipt of Order (ARO) Quantity: 01 Unit: Each - Unit Price: _______ Total Price: _______ Quotes are due to this office no later than 4:00p.m. Eastern Standard Time, 05 September 2014.
